Yes, we are licensed home inspectors in the state of Kentucky, License #101986.

How long does an inspection take?

The average inspection is between 3 to 4 hours and can vary based on the size of the home, type, age, and overall condition.

Do I need to attend the inspection?

We recommend you accompany us during the home inspection to gain valuable knowledge about the home, and to have a visual reinforcement once you receive the written report.

Once the inspection is complete, when will I receive my report?

All of our reports, which include images from the inspection, are sent the same day as the inspection.

Do you provide home inspections on the weekend?

Yes, we provide home inspections every day of the week, including weekends.

Do you offer thermal imaging?

Yes, we have thermal imaging capabilities.

Do you provide radon testing?

Yes, we provide radon testing and are certified through the NSRB (National Radon Safety Board).

When will I receive my radon report?

Since we perform radon testing on our own and send the report automatically, we remove the wait time for a lab to return the results. By taking out the wait time, we can provide results quicker to help you make your mitigation decisions faster.

What type of payment do you accept?

We accept payment in cash, check or credit card.
